The AH COUNTER is introduced
The TIME KEEPER is introduced.
The BALLOT COUNTER introduced
The TABLE TOPICS MASTER is introduced and presents the TABLE TOPICS for the day.
Meeting is turned over to the TOASTMASTER OF THE DAY and he/she presents Prepared Speaking Program and introduces speakers (3 to 5) and each presents speech.
Meeting is turned over to the TOASTMASTER OF THE DAY after the final speech of the day
The GENERAL EVALUATOR is introduced and calls for evaluations from each EVALUATOR and the GRAMMARIAN.
Call for reports from the AH COUNTER and TIMEKEEPER
The GENERAL EVALUATOR provides overall evaluation of the meeting and return
control to TOASTMASTER OF THE DAY.
The TOASTMASTER OF THE DAY acknowledges efforts of participants, present awards and returns control to CHAIRMAN.
The CHAIRMAN asks guests for comments and adjourns meeting @12:30 PM.
